Caro Soles has published six novels (most under the pen name Kyle Stone) and many short stories in gay magazines and anthologies. She edited the dark erotic fantasy anthologies Bizarre Dreams and Meltdown, which has a lead story by Samuel Delany. Her latest novel, The Abulon Dance, has been called "classic character-driven science fiction." She is now working on the next book in the Merculian series, as well as organizing the mystery con Bloody Words and teaching writing on-line at Berkeley University and at George Brown College in Toronto.
