Filk is the music of science fiction culture. The FuMP (Funny Music Project) is a website, a podcast, and a community of comedy musicians dedicated to promoting their art. Dementia is the wacky brand of music popularized by the Dr. Demento Show. Nerdcore is geeky, high-energy hip hop. Geek Rock is the same thing, only with rock instead of rap.
